Policy:
All orders require 100% of payment via CASH APP at the time of order. All items are hand made and take 7-10 business days to ship, or be picked up. An order form must be completed!
All mirror designs are freestyle and may have things added to them like letters and other decorations.
All orders will receive a confirmation number and confirmation message once your order is placed and payment has been made.
Once your confirmation number and message has been received a ship/pickup date will be set.
Once your order is place you have 24 hours to cancel and receive full refund. After 24 hours 50% refund , after 48 hours NO RFUNDS‼️
If picking up, the address will be disclosed in the confirmation message. if Shipping/Delivery and Installation, address information will be received after Confirmation of order.
Picking up - The product will be demonstrated and you will be given a remote, plug, and instructions to go along with the LED lights.
Shipping- you will receive a demonstration video once the mirror is complete, once shipped you will receive tracking number.
Delivery & Installation - Additional $65, Mirror will be placed where you would like and demonstrated. you will receive remote and instructions.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the product at the time of exchange, 50% will refunded. Once item is in your possession ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS‼️ This item is glass and if is damaged and the customer is not at fault within 24 hrs, I will replace is for free. (proof will need to be provided)
